In 2004/05 Kingsmead Communications was paid £8,000 by Nirex "To provide professsional consultancy and support in the area of corporate commuincations". The following year it received £17,000. [1]
Kingsmead Communications is run by Colin Duncan. Could this be the same Colin Duncan who was the Corporate and Public Affairs Director for BNFL? [2] [3]
Duncan left BNFL in 2000 after eight years in the job and moved to Rolls-Royce. In 2004 he then moved to the financial PR company Granfield on a part-time basis. [4] [5]
