Sephardi Kashrut Authority (Charity number: 259337) is a registered charity.[1] The register describes its activities as: "The Sephardi Kashrut Authority aims to uphold Jewish religious requirements by ensuring the due due supervision (where such supervision is sought) of Kashrut in conncection with food dispensed or manufactured.
