Heidi Ann Barker, (born 1971, Watford) latterly (from around 2002-5) known as Heidi Ann Bachram, a surname which appears to have Zoroastrian origins and is probably associated with her Iranian father. Her mother's maiden name was Hockley, and Bachram reports that she is/was Irish.[1]

She is a British political activist, writer, and media consultant. She is known for her digital research involving social media monitoring, her public advocacy on behalf of Israel, and her central involvement in a high-profile public interest legal dispute in the United Kingdom.[2]
