The Charity was founded via a Trust Deed dated 23 February 1981 and is registered with the Charity Commission under charity number 283322.
It states that it: 'Provides grants to institutions set up to support the needy and to those furthering the Orthodox Jewish Religion and Orthodox Jewish education.'
