Jeremy Woolridge is the executive chairman of Wedge Group Galvanising, having stepped down as Chairman and CEO in January 2014, to make way for his son Chris Woolridge.
Woolridge is also registered byThe Electoral Commission as having donated to the eurosceptic campaign group Vote Leave in the run up to the UK's EU referendum in 2016.
