Royal Pharmaceutical Society is the professional membership body for pharmacists and pharmacy in Great Britain. [1]
They help to lead and promote the advancement of science. Whilst furthering the practice and education in pharmacy to shape and influence the future delivery of pharmacy driven services. They are said to 'support and empower their members to improve health outcomes for society through professional guidance, networks and resources.' [2]
2015 appointments
In October 2015, Suzanne Scott Thomas was appointed as chair of the Welsh Pharmacy Board by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. [3]
Paul Harris was similarly elected as vice-chair in the same month. [4]
