McGrigors is a leading Scottish law firm (known as McGrigor Donald until 2004). According to The Lawyer, McGrigors is the second largest Scottish law firm by revenue (2006), and 49th largest in the United Kingdom.[1]

In 2012, McGrigors merged with Pinsent Masons[2] for a fee of £20.6m. Since the deal, revenue was up by 40% in 2012/13. [3]

The firm's principal office is in Edinburgh, and it has further offices in London, Glasgow, Belfast, Aberdeen, Manchester, Qatar and the Falkland Islands. [4] The firm also previously had an office in Azerbaijan relating to the firm's energy practice.

Clients

As of September 2011, McGrigors' client list comprises 35 per cent of the FTSE 100 and 40 AIM-listed companies. It works 'with everyone from multinationals to government and local authorities, as well as ambitious SMEs in the public and private sectors'. [5]
