Andrew Miller was the Labour Party member of Parliament (MP) for Ellesmere Port and Neston from May 1992 to May 2015.
In December 2013 Miller announced he would not contest the seat in the 2015 general election as he wanted to 'devote his time to working on "big science issues"'.[1] He was replaced by Justin Madders, who held the seat.[2]
