Paul Burstow was the Liberal Democrats MP for Sutton and Cheam from 1997 to 2015. He lost his seat to Conservative Party candidate Paul Scully by 3,921 votes.[1]
Burstow was a minister of state at the Department of Health from May 2010.[2] He left the Government in September 2012.[3]
