Michael Moore has been the Liberal Democrat MP for Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk since 2005. He was previously MP for Tweeddale, Ettrick & Lauderdale from 1997 to 2005. He was appointed Secretary of State for Scotland in 2010.[1] He left the Government in October 2013.[2]
