Ethnic and Racial Studies (ISSN: 0141-9870) is an academic, peer reviewed journal that is published by Routledge publishers.
The journal was founded by John Stone in 1978, and is said to have provided an 'interdisciplinary academic forum for the presentation of research and theoretical analysis, drawing on sociology, social policy, anthropology, political science, economics, geography, international relations, history, social psychology and cultural studies.' [1]
The journal which is published fourteen times a year is the leading journal for the analysis of these issues throughout the world. [1]
The peer review process means that all research articles in the journal have to undergo rigorous peer review which is based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by two or more anonymous referees. [1]
