Rupert Huxter is a former Deputy Director of Hakluyt and former Private Secretary to Peter Mandelson and Michael Heseltine.[1]
Career
Huxter started his career as a teacher in Heston School, London from 1983-1985.
He then held roles in the Foreign Office, before becoming Private Secretary to Peter Mandelson and Michael Heseltine.
From 1998 to 2002 he was a Counsellor at the British Embassy Paris before becoming Director at the UK Department of Trade and Industry.
He is now listed as a partner of the Holdingham Group from 2003 onwards.[2]
