Stephen Lotinga was appointed senior adviser to the Liberal Democrats on public services and health in 2014.

Lotinga worked at Bell Pottinger as an account director following the 2010 General Election. Following on from this, in January 2014 he took on the role of Managing Director of Public Affairs at Edelman [1]
