Joyce Anelay, Baroness Anelay of St Johns is a Conservative member of the House of Lords.
She was appointed the Government Chief Whip in the House of Lords.[1] She was appointed as Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office attending Cabinet in August 2014.[2]
