Jerome Chapman is a retired partner at Washington law firm Arnold & Porter LLP. He practices primarily in litigation, antitrust, and trade regulation. He has served as lead counsel for major corporations, including Miller Brewing Company, Philip Morris, Glaxo Wellcome, and Federated Department Stores in significant antitrust proceedings in federal and state courts and before federal regulatory agencies.[1]

His prior legal experience includes positions as Assistant to the Solicitor General in the Justice Department, as a member of the Office of Transition Counsel, Clinton-Gore Transition, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Elbert P. Tuttle, US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.[1]

Chapman is a member of AIPAC. In 2007, he lobbied Representative Jim Moran over Moran]'s comment that AIPAC pushed for war with Iraq in 2003.[2]
