The Farthing Trust is a religious charitable trust. Its registered UK address is in Cambridge and its main stated function is the 'advancement of religion, education, health and human rights and the reconciliation/promotion of religious or racial harmony/equality/diversity as well as the relief of those in need. Activities
The Trust is active in England, Scotland and Wales, India, Israel, Malawi, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.[2]
History
The Trust was registered on 19th August 1974.[3]
Affiliation
The Farthing Trust is affiliated with the Norwich Reformed Church, which was at the centre of a dispute over distribution of Islamaphobic hate leaflets in 2012.[4]
