Jose Rodriguez is a former CIA officer.
He was director of the National Clandestine Service from 2005 to 2007.[1]
Rodriguez admitted in a 2012 book that he ordered the destruction of video tapes of the waterboarding of Abu Zubaydah and Khalid Shaikh Mohammed.[2]
