The All-Party Parliamentary Group for High Speed Rail was set up to promote high speed rail in the UK.

External lobbying firm

  • Westbourne Communications (described on HoC website as 'a consultancy') acts as the group’s secretariat and is paid by the following clients to do so: TSSA, Bruntwood, South West Trains, Abellio, Eurotunnel and Core Cities. [1]
