Scott Hamilton is a partner of lobbying firms, The Westminster Connection and Kesher Strategy.[1]
He is a graduate in Law from Brunel University, London.[1]
Previously, together with associates across the European Union, China, India, Russia and USA, he advised boards of both multinational companies and not-for-profit organisations on their external operating strategy and public profile. Between 1993-2001, Hamilton was first CEO and then later Chairman of the EPPA Group, the largest privately owned and managed pan-European government affairs company at that time. Hamilton was also Director of International Affairs of the Conservative Party.[1]
