Bruno Comby is the founder of Environmentalists for Nuclear Energy, a pro-nuclear group that touts nuclear power as a solution to oil depletion and increasing greenhouse gas concentrations and argues that concerns about the safety of nuclear waste are overstated.
Comby, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, with a postgraduate degree in nuclear physics, is also the "scientific director of the Bruno Comby Institute, which promotes non-smoking, better nutrition, and solutions to famine in the Third World." [1]
