Dr Joseph Douglass Jr., is a US writer on national security issues.[1]

Douglass has worked in the AEC's Sandia Laboratory, the Advanced Research Projects Agency at the Department of Defense and several US defense corporations. He has taught at Cornell University, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.[1]
