Arthur D. Collins, Jr. is retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medtronic Inc who he had been with between 1992 and 2008. Medtronic are a major medical technology and pharmaceuticals company. He also sits on the boards of Alcoa, Boeing, U.S. Bancorp and Cargill Incorporated.[1]
