Patricia F. Russo is an American business woman. She has been a Director of aluminium giant Alcoa since 2008. She is also director of asset management group KKR & Co, drug manufacturers Merck, Inc, Hewlett Packard and General Motors Company. She is a former CEO of communications company Lucent, which merged with Alcatel becoming Alcatel Lucent.
Russo was President and Chief Operating Officer of Eastman Kodak Company from April 2001 and Director from July 2001 until January 2002, and has served as Chairman of Avaya Inc. She is also Chairman of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America. [1]
