Constellation Wines Australia and Europe, renamed Accolade Wines after being bought by its new owner, Sydney-based Champ Private Equity. Champ now owns 80% of the firm after making an investment of AU$290 million. Constellation Wines chief executive Troy Christensen and team remain at the helm of the company that include brands such as Australian brands Hardys and Banrock Station, South African Fish Hoek and Echo Falls from America. Accolade Wines are Signatories to Responsibility Deal Alcohol Network Labelling Pledge [1]
