New Century is, according to its website "an Intelligence-led security services company, headed by Colonel Tim Collins OBE, headquartered in Guernsey, with representative offices in London and Belfast, and a US subsidiary with offices in Washington DC."[1]

United States

According to the New Century website:

Amongst New Century’s most significant clients is the United States Government, and in particular the Department of Defense. Since the creation of the company, we have been providing extensive support on various important and substantial programs.[2]

As of August 2010, New Century was registered as a US Government contractor under the legal business name NCC, Inc, doing business as New Century Consulting. The company's physical address was listed as 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, suite 100. Alison Barbieri was listed as primary point of contact, with Laura Engelbrecht as alternate.[3]

Ken McGonigle, a NATO police trainer working for New Century, was killed by an escaped prisoner in Musa Qala, Afghanistan in August 2010.[6]
