Nobuya Minami is a Japanese businessman and the former President of the Tokyo Electric Power, Inc., the biggest electricity producer in Japan. Mr. Minami is also a Vice Chairman of the Japanese Association of Corporate Executives and Chairman of the Federation of Electric Power Companies in Japan. He is a member of the International Advisory Committee of the Prague Security Studies Institute[1].
