David Slobom worked for British American Tobacco as finance director and was a "member of the parent company's main board,"[1] before becoming an executive director at Shandwick (circa 1988),[2] where he was in charge of finance.[3] Whilst at Shandwick he worked alongside Lord Chalfont.[4]
