Noel Little is an Ulster loyalist.
In April 1989, Little was arrested in Paris along with two other loyalists, James King and Samuel Quinn, arms dealer Douglas Bernhart and South African diplomat Daniel Storm to whom they were attempting to trade missile parts.[1]
The Times reported that Little was well known in loyalist circles in Co Armagh, noting:
- He was a commandant and chief marshal of Ulster Resistance when it was formed in November 1986. Mr Little and Mr King are members of the Rev Ian Paisley's Free Presbyterian Church and work at the Armagh offices of the Southern Education Board.[2]
