A former servant in the Israeli Military Intelligence, Col. Yigal Carmon served between the years of 1968 to 1988, in which time he was the Acting Head of Civil Administration in Judea as well as an Advisor on Arab Affairs for the Civil Administration. [1]
He co-founded MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute) in 1998. [2]
