[[David Snoxell]] is a British diplomat who has had two spells of service in propaganda departments. Notably his first spell is listed as being between 1970 and 1973 in the '[[Information Department]]' of the Foreign Office, a department which only came into existence in the early 1980s as the succossor to the [[Overseas Information Department]] which was itself the replacement for the covert [[Information Research Department]] closed down by [[David Owen]] as Foreign Secretary in 1978.
