A bio note from the University of the Arts website:
- Chairman of the Court of Governors since 1999, Governor of University of the Arts London since 1991 and a member of the University's Development Council. Will's past positions include Managing Director of BBC Network Television, Chief Executive of BBC Broadcasting from 1996-1999, Vice President of the European Broadcasting Union and President of the Royal Television Society. He is currently Chairman of Human Capital Ltd and a director of The Vitec plc and Racing UK. Will is the author of The Fun Factory - A Life in the BBC. He was awarded a CBE in 2000 for services to broadcasting.
