The far left RCP (Revolutionary Communist Party) was the forerunner of the libertarian LM network. Led by Frank Furedi, it broke away from the Socialist Workers Party in 1978 as the Revolutionary Communist Tendency. It was renamed the RCP in 1981 and disbanded in 1996.
Its principal publication was Living Marxism, later LM magazine.
