Emerson Vermaat is a journalist based in the Netherlands. He specialises in crime and terrorism.
He is a regular contributor to FrontPage Magazine, published by the David Horowitz Freedom Center.
Vermaat has been the recipient of a grant from the Middle East Forum Educational Fund.
His book Islamic Radicalism and Terrorism, published in Utrecht, the Netherlands February 1997. According to Vermaat, 'this was the first book in Europe which warned against Osama bin Laden and Ayman Al-Zawahiri'. [1]
