Denzil Davidson has been a special adviser in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Davidson has worked with both Philip Hammond and William Hague in their roles as foreign secretary.[1]

Background

Davidson used to work for the Conservative Research Department where he was head of the International Section.

He was also special adviser to Hague on EU issues from 2005, a role he held for five years.

Davidson is a member of the Franco-British Council.[2]

Education

Davidson was educated at Edinburgh University, where he read History (MA Hons) and Law (LLB). [3]
