Richard Burgon is the Labour Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Leeds East having been elected in May 2015. [1]
Burgon replaced the previous Labour MP George Mudie when he retired in March 2015, and went on to gain a majority of 12,533 in the 2015 general election. [2]
