Martin Horwood was the Liberal Democrats member of Parliament (MP) for Cheltenham from 2005 to 2015. He was a Shadow Minister (Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) from 2006 to 2010.[1]
Horwood lost his seat in the 2015 general election to the Conservative Party's Alex Chalk by 6,516 votes.[2]
