Markus Beisicht was described in 2007 by Der Spiegel as one of the 'party chiefs' of Pro NRW, along with Manfred Rouhs, a grouping which emerged from Pro Köln.[1].
The anti-Islam Pro Bürgerbewegung network emerged from Pro Köln.
