Max Chambers was appointed as special adviser for Home Affairs and Justice in the Number 10 Policy Unit in April 2014. [1] Chambers took on the home affairs brief that was left vacant following Patrick Rock’s resignation in February 2014. [2] He will advise the Prime Minister on a range of domestic policy issues including criminal justice, policing, immigration and counter-terrorism. [1]
