Elizabeth Truss has been the Conservative MP for South West Norfolk since 2010. She was appointed a Parliamentary Under-Secretary in the Department for Education in 2012.[1] She was appointed Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in July 2014.[2]
