Robert Maclennan, Lord Maclennan of Rogart, is a Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords. He was MP for Caithness & Sutherland 1966-97, and for Caithness, Sutherland & Easter Ross 1997-01. He was leader of the Social Democratic Party 1987-88, and join leader of the Social and Liberal Democrats in 1988.[1]
