The Zionist Year Book, was produced by the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland from October 1951 to 1988.[1][2] The first editor was Arthur Saul Super, who at that stage was also the editor of the Zionist Review.[3]
Letter bombs
in 1972 the New York Times reported that recipients of letter bombs in the UK including those listed in the Zionist Year Book:
Brit Home Sec Carr... says 19 letters with explosive devices have been sent to Jews and Jewish-owned businesses since Nov 10; British police suspect that Arab terrorist Black September organisation is involved in letter-bomb threat; letters and parcels were addressed to Jews who had signed pro-Israel ads or had listed their companies in Zionist Yearbook; Scotland Yard Commander Robert Mark warns that bombs could turn up in parcels as well as letters[4]
