AMEC NNC is one of the main subsidiary companies of AMEC Nuclear Holdings Ltd. It describes itself as "an international nuclear engineering services company."[1]
In January 2006 it acquired 50.2 per cent of the Romanian nuclear company Stevenson & Associates SRL (S&A –Ro). [2]
