Biesheuvel has managed long-term Safety Security and Access to Justice (SSAJ) programmes in Uganda and Malawi, and was the British government’s policing and security adviser in South Africa between 1996 and 2001.[2]
Afghanistan
Biewsheuvel was the head, Rule of Law in the Provincial Reconstruction Team, Helmand Province, Afghanistan in 2008/9.[2]
