Nicholas Boys Smith is founding director of Create Streets, an organistion that advocates around the built environment.

He is also a fellow at the Legatum Institute. He was Consultant Director of the free market think tank Reform.

Boys Smith was previously a director at Lloyds Banking Group and prior to that with management consultants, McKinsey & Co.[1]
