Mr Serotkin founded Minuteman Ventures LLC in 2002, an investment bank that provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to support corporate and private equity buyers and sellers that operate in the government sector - including homeland security, defence, emergency response, logistics, intelligence and civilian agencies [1] . In 2008 Minuteman was merged into Venture Management, where he still works as a Senior Advisor. The two companies formed a boutique investment bank which provides M&A advisory services to technology based businesses, particularly for professional services firms in the aerospace, defence, intelligence and homeland security sectors [2].
