The American Patriot Foundation, Inc. is a rightwing pressure group founded in 2003 by then-United States Senator Bob Smith, a Republican from New Hampshire. The organization was spurred, according to organization's background statement, by Smith's vision to 'increasing patriotism and public appreciation of our nation through education about the US Constitution and America's other founding documents.'
