Moshe Decter was the former editor of AIPAC's Near East Report. He is the father of Rachel Decter, the former husband of Midge Decter and the father-in-law of Elliot Abrams. He was investigated by a Senate commission led by Senator J. William Fulbright for receiving hidden funds from the Jewish Agency and the Israeli Consulate.[1]
