Deep Kisor Datta-Ray was an East Asia Associate Fellow of the Henry Jackson Society as of January 2008.[1]
Datta-Ray is a D.Phil candidate & Associate Tutor in International Relations at the Uinversity of Sussex. He is currently embedded in the Indian Foreign Ministry in New Delhi.[2]
