Alan Oxley sits on the advisory board of ECIPE and is the founder of World Growth. A former diplomat with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade he has experience of working at the United Nations in New York and Geneva. He served as Australia’s Ambassador to the GATT and Chairman of the GATT Contracting Parties, the predecessor to the World Trade Organization.
