Stuart Cook is Senior Partner of Transmission and Governance at Ofgem. [1]
He is also Joint Chair of the Electricity Strategy Network Group.[2] The ESNG was re-constituted in 2008. At the first meeting with its new members Stuart Cook filled in as Joint Chair for Steve Smith, who is not credited as ever having been Joint Chair on the ESNG webpage. This meeting happened at BERR, 1 Victoria Street, London SW1 0ET at 10.00 AM, WEDNESDAY, 2nd JULY 2008.
